Ne-Yo Visits ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ [VIDEO]

Earlier this month, Ne-Yo made headlines as he was announced as an adviser for the second season of NBC’s The Voice, but now he is showcasing how talented he is. Last night, the Grammy award winning artist and part-time actor visited Jimmy Kimmel to promote his new film Red Tails. Just one of a star-studded cast, Red Tails also features Terrence Howard, Cuba Gooding Jr., Tristan Wilds and Method Man.

In his appearance on Kimmel, Ne-Yo described what it was like going to high school in Las Vegas, trying not to lose his composure while working with a legend and the struggles that George Lucas went through to get Red Tails produced. In the films that centers around the story of the Tuskegee Airman, Ne-Yo plays a fighter pilot named Andrew ‘Smoky’ Salem. Red Tails, a film by George Lucas, flies into theaters this Friday, Jan. 20.
