Rolling Stone's Article :
The ongoing battle between Lil' Kim and Nicki Minaj heated up last weekend when Kim took some hard shots at the Young Money label MC during a club appearance in Queens, New York—Minaj's home turf.
"I got more love from Queens than this bitch do!" Kim yells. "I will erase this bitch's Social Security number. First of all, I don't even need a record right now, I'll kill that bitch with my old shit!"
Kim then tore into some of the biggest hits of her career, including "The Jump Off" "No Time" and "Wait a Minute." Toward the end of the footage, Kim addresses the crowd again.
"I don't never let nothing take me off my grind," she says. "Money over these bum-ass bitches."
Kim and Minaj have been trading barbs, sometimes indirectly, for months. It all seems to stem from Kim feeling that Minaj has bitten her style without paying proper respect.
At times, both have said or suggested that there's no conflict. But Minaj's recent collaboration with Eminem, "Roman's Revenge" set things off again.
"Word, that bitch mad 'cause I took the spot?/ Well, bitch, if you ain't shittin' then get off the pot," Minaj spits on the track. "Got some n----s out in Brooklyn that'll off your top."
However, Minaj recently denied that the lyrics are specifically about Kim.
"I'm talking about everyone who has been in interviews talking," Minaj told DJ Khaled during a radio interview. "No one is worth having their name mentioned out of my mouth and they never will get that."Check the video below .

Nicki Minaj DISS SONG For Lil Kim & Foxy Brown :
Lil Kim's Answer about this :
Yo Raps Article :
“It’ll be a murder scene. I’m turning Pink Friday to Friday The 13th,” Lil Kim spits in her new diss towards her rival. The song was debuted by NY’s DJ Absolut and is titled Black Friday. Nicki Minaj recently released her Pink Friday debut album and Hot 97 will air Lil Kim’s Black Friday in its entirety today (November 26).
The issue between the Queen Bee and Minaj has spawned many alleged shots back and forth between the similarly compared rappers. On this song, however, Kim argues to be the original and points fingers at an imitation.
“Aight, you Lil Kim clone clown, all this buffoonery s**t stops now. Time for you to lay down. I’m sick of the fraud. I’ll put hands on this b**ch like Obama’s guards,” Kim raps.
“We all know your last name, what got you your job. You a put together gimmick, something like a collage.”
“Corny broad I leave you bloody like you menstruated. You hot air. You should have been deflated…lame trying to clone my style and run with it. That’s cool. I was the first one with it. You a Lil Kim wannabe you just hate to admit it.”
During an interview with Angie Martinez on Hot 97, Nicki did admit to Kim being one of her musical influences. Yet, she added, “Don’t play with me…Every time you in the news it's because you getting at somebody! Where is your music?”
It has been reported, but never confirmed by anyone in the Young Money camp, that Nicki Minaj’s Roman’s Revenge, featuring Eminem, was a subliminal message to Lil Kim calling her a “has been.”
